性质和目的 Character And Vision

我们是一家非盈利性的独立机构。GRI（Group Relations International）在中国境内唯一中心与合作伙伴。我们的目标是通过高质量的体验式学习活动，促进和提供有关人际、团体内及团体间、意识和无意识的组织动力以及对组织和社会变化的理解。

Characters: Non-profit independent Group Relations (GRs) organization. It is the only center and partner of GRI (Group Relations International) in China. Vision of IGRC is to promote and provide learning about interpersonal, group, inter-group, and conscious and unconscious organizational dynamics and understanding of social systems and change in organizations and society through high quality experiential learning events.

与世界各地的 GR组织开展学习和合作。作为GRI的中国合作伙伴，我们将提供团体关系会议、培训和其他体验式学习活动，为参与者提供自我成长和团队建设，为公司和管理机构、社会服务提供诊断和咨询。

Learning and collaborating with GRs organizations worldwide. As a partner of GRI, We will provide group relation conferences, training and other experiential learning events to facilitate self-growth and team building for participants, provide diagnosis and consultation for company and management agency, social services.

创办目的 Founding Purpose

在IGRC的组织框架内，通过团体关系的各种体验式学习。 1.促进自我成长、维护心理健康。2.促进家庭成员之间的交流、理解、合作及家庭健康发展。3.促进组织内个体间、个体与团体、团体与团体间的合作、发展，提高组织机构生产力。

As a partner of GRI, through various experiential learning of group relations: 1. Promote personal self-growth, personal mental health; 2. Promote the level of cooperation, participation, coordination and development interpersonal, personal - groups, groups - groups within the organization, and improve organizational productivity.
