医疗健康系统承载了我们社会中重要的修复功能，是社会系统中不可或缺的重要一环。广义的医疗健康系统不但包括医院，也包括心理健康系统，如学校心理中心、心理咨询行业。在这类机构中工作的从业者承受巨大的压力，向此类系统求助的患者也同样受到系统动力的影响。我们邀请了4位经验丰富的嘉宾，从团体关系的视角，分享医疗健康系统中可能存在的动力、高效运转的条件、以及存活下来（并保持理智）的小技巧。

The medical healthcare system bears the important repair function in our society and is an indispensable part of the social system. The broader medical system includes not only hospitals but also mental health system such as school psychology centers, counseling professions. The practitioners working in such institutions are under tremendous pressure and those who seek for help are also affected by the dynamics of the system. We've invited four very experienced guests, from the perspective of group relations, share from their experience about the dynamics that may exist in the health care system, the conditions under which it works efficiently, and the tips for surviving (and staying sane).
