An organisational psychologist by training, Keith is a certified consultant
in Group Relations (GR) with the AKRice Institute (USA) where he was
an executive member and treasurer. As an organisational development
(OD) consultant and adjunct lecturer, he is active in academia, leadership
development, and organisational wellness interventions. His passion is
facilitating personal and group development, and psychologically healthy
organisations, utilising Group Psychodynamics and Whole System
methodologies.
Academically, he has lectured at tertiary level institutions across the Caribbean, Suriname,
and the USA, in both graduate and undergraduate programmes and is currently a lecturer at
the University of the West Indies, Jamaica.
Keith has presented at several conferences across the Caribbean, South Africa and Suriname,
and was co-chair of the biennial Caribbean Alliance of National Psychological Associations
(CANPA) Conference in Suriname (2014). He has been certified for psychometric
assessments with the British Psychological Society (UK).
His career has spanned commercial and mortgage banking, start-ups, project management,
monitoring and evaluation, and academia. His work and OD interventions include frequent
Group Relations Leadership and Whole group consulting in the Caribbean, South Africa and
the USA. Keith is a former president of the T&T Association of Psychologists and an active
member of, the Human Resource Management Association of Jamaica and the Caribbean
Organisational Development Network.
He has developed and hosted a live 1-hour weekly call-in TV programme on psychosocial
issues in Trinidad and Tobago. Keith has shared positive life skills for ‘at risk’ youth in
Jamaica, Trinidad, St Lucia and in the DC-Maryland area and worked with staff and teenagers
in residential homes in Jamaica and Trinidad.
